Last week I prayed to God for financial increase. I asked him to open all of my financial channels and to bring it through any expected and or unexpected avenues. The next day, I received an email from an REO company, that I hadn't received an REO from in over a year. Not only did the previous owner move out the day I received the assignment, but he left the property it in pristine condition. There were no repairs needed, and nothing to trash out. Take a look!
